Administrative Assistant

Overview

The Governors are seeking to appoint an efficient Administrative Assistant to provide high quality support within our school, the post is based in our very busy school office.

This post is to commence as soon as possible.

Croft Primary School is a large primary school (number on roll 382) situated in the centre of Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.

Hours of work are 27.50 hours per week 8.00 am – 1.30 pm Term Time Only. The successful candidate will have flexibility to work additional hours as and when required. 

The successful candidate will have previous office experience, possess excellent interpersonal skills, numeracy, literacy, IT skills, and an understanding an appreciation of the importance of confidentiality and the safeguarding of our children.

This role is very varied and you will need to be flexible, able to cope under pressure and have excellent communication skills with both adults and children.

Previous school administration experience, with knowledge of Scholarpack and Parentpay would be desirable however training will be given.

Salary & Benefits

Pro rata salary TTO 2 - 4 £14,235.00 - £14,711.00

This post is offered on a Fixed Term basis until July 2025.
